Here is an updated list of things to do! Might be missing some things
-Finish Hardwood in kitchen, hallway and bedrooms
-paint and mount the molding
-paint the coat closet
-design and create bar area
-appliance delivery
-furniture delivery
-install TV - (including services)
-install light fixtures
-unpack boxes
-finish painting doors
-finish odds and ends (baseboards - handrails- kickboards on stairs)
-get rid of the rest of the trash

-MOVE

After move in
-Landscaping
-Remove ugly fence
-fix up playset/swing/slide
-build a vegetable garden
-continue work in the bar area
-build a firepit
and i'm sure there is lots more for both sections. if anyone wants to help on any of those items, you are more than welcome to!!!
I will be at the house later to work on #1 - floor installation
